New Frontier Group is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team! This role involves managing financial transactions, invoicing, and ensuring timely payments from clients. We are looking to hire immediately, so if this sounds like you, keep on reading!
Responsibilities:
Billing and Invoicing:
- Generate accurate invoices for clients and insurance.
- Verify billing details and insurance coverage.
Claims Management:
- Prepare and submit insurance claims.
- Follow up on unpaid or denied claims.
Collections:
- Implement effective collections strategies.
- Communicate with clients and insurance providers for payment resolutions.
Account Reconciliation:
- Regularly reconcile accounts receivable.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve outstanding issues.
Reporting:
- Generate and analyze reports on receivables.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications:
- Industry experience with Accounts Receivable desired.
- Proficient in billing software
- Understanding of insurance billing is preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with accuracy in financial data.
